A new chapter at L’Era del Marxant Restaurant
L’Era del Marxant Restaurant has reopened its doors, beginning a new chapter filled with enthusiasm, continuity and a deep respect for the cuisine that has always defined us.
Since 30 July, Rosa Álvaro has been at the helm of the restaurant. Rosa was already part of the team before its closure and knows the house well, its way of working and the special relationship we have always wanted to maintain with our guests.
She now takes on this new challenge with great enthusiasm, but also with a very clear idea: to preserve the essence that has defined the cuisine of L’Era del Marxant over the years.
A cuisine closely connected to the land, local produce and traditional flavours, preserving the essence of Dolors’ cooking and Josep’s charcoal grill.
For us, it is especially rewarding to see how a chapter that seemed to have come to an end can now continue with a fresh perspective while keeping the roots and spirit of the house alive.
