L'Era del Marxant a Joc de Cartes

We took part in Joc de Cartes dedicated to Pallaresa cuisine

We had the honour of participating in a special edition of Joc de Cartes on TV3, dedicated to finding the most charming restaurant in Pallars.

It was a unique experience where we were able to showcase our cuisine and our way of understanding tradition, always linked to Vall Fosca and our surroundings.

We were also fortunate to share this adventure with exceptional colleagues: Lo Quiosc, La Cuineta and Casa Regina. Together we experienced moments of nerves, excitement and, above all, a deep passion for Pallaresa gastronomy.

For us it was a source of pride to be part of this programme, surrounded by unique landscapes and the best company. An experience that we will always treasure.

Although the restaurant is now closed due to retirement, in the palate of all those who tasted Dolors’ cooking remains an unforgettable memory.
